  • Steklarna Hrastnik Glass Factory

    The Steklarna Hrastnik glass factory is implementing the strategy of achieving business results by outsourcing services. Thus, we jointly performed an analysis of ICT service outsourcing feasibility, while upgrading the ICT infrastructure. Avtenta.si took over the management of the entire ICT infrastructure, thus rationalising individual outsourcers and taking over existing contracts with the outsourcers who still provide their services.

    The Steklarna Hrastnik glass factory focused on its strategic activities, while, in addition to management, Avtenta.si also updates the ICT infrastructure with various business models of individual ICT services and with various partners.

  • Renault Nissan

    On the basis of positive experience with outsourcing in its companies around the world, Renault Nissan decided to outsource the management of certain ICT services. Due to the requirement for geographically wider support of Service Desk services, they chose Avtenta.si. Thus, Avtenta.si has been providing support to the main offices in Ljubljana, Zagreb and Belgrade for several years. In the previous year, we expanded our support in the wider Adriatic region to the network of concessionaires, which includes almost 200 locations with more than 2,000 users.

    Renault Nissan uses service support provided by Avtenta.si experts in the field of Service Desk in Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Macedonia and Albania.

  • Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia (CCIS)

    The Chambers of Commerce and Industry Act caused in 2005 organisational changes, which led to rationalisation measures and the reorganisation of support and specialist services. In the field of information and communication systems various rationalisation models were examined and, on the basis of results of analyses, a decision was made to outsource the management of the ICT infrastructure to Avtenta.si. We took over the management of the entire ICT infrastructure of CCIS users, CCIS lessees and the support of services marketed by the CCIS to its members. In addition to management, Avtenta.si also took over the employees of the Information System Centre of CCIS and the existent contracts on maintenance with outsourcers. The ICT equipment remained the property of CCIS at this stage.

    By reducing the ICT costs, the CCIS focused on substantive areas of its operations during the first contract period, which resulted in the improvement of both the level of transparency in relations with third parties and customer satisfaction. The outsourcer, Avtenta.si, established proactive control in the first contract period, which enables dynamic adaptation to the CCIS needs. The strategy of the following periods includes the outsourcing of individual ICT services. Therefore, the CCIS will no longer be the owner of the equipment, but the user of ICT services.
