On the basis of the Copyright and Related Rights Act (ZASP), Avtenta.si, d.o.o. (hereinafter referred to as 'Avtenta' or 'the company') is the bearer of material copyright over all content, in the broadest sense (text, photographs, sketches, maps and plans, audio-visual recordings, computer programs), published on the Avtenta website.

This means that without the written permission of Avtenta, any copying, transcription, reproduction or any distribution for commercial purposes is prohibited.

Under this Act (ZASP, Articles 48, 49, 51), the use or reproduction of the copyrighted work are exceptionally permitted on the basis of the right to inform the public, for educational purposes and as a demonstration, argument or instruction in the quoted form. However, it is necessary to indicate the source and authorship of the work. ZASP (Article 50) also permits the use and reproduction of copyrighted work in limited quantities for personal, non-commercial use.

Protection of Personal Data

The company undertakes to protect the personal data of the users of these web pages to the best of its ability in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP).
