We have our own Service Desk team at six locations around Slovenia for providing implementation support of all required activities. Our team offers the first level of support and is organised according to the recommendations of ITIL good practice. We set a single entrance point irrespective of the location of the client or Service Desk expert.
We provide support for ICT systems throughout their entire life cycle with the goal of proactive system control. The contractual support services are determined with the suitable SLA arrangements that define the required level of service.
To ensure the support services, Service Desk offers assistance at problem solving over the telephone, via e-mail or on the web portal 24 hours a day, every day.
